For Small Business Owners
What does a bookkeeper do?
I handle the day-to-day financial recordkeeping — categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, and producing reports that show how your business is performing.
How is a bookkeeper different from a CPA?
A CPA focuses on tax strategy and filing. I focus on the ongoing work that happens before tax time — keeping your books current so they’re ready when your CPA needs them. We’re complementary.
How much does bookkeeping cost?
Monthly packages start at $225. The best way to get a number is to schedule a quick call so I can understand your situation.
Will you have access to my bank accounts?
I use read-only access through QuickBooks to see and categorize transactions. I never have the ability to move money or make payments.
What if I want to cancel?
No long-term contracts. 30 days’ notice and a clean handoff.
For bookkeepers interested in the license
Is this a franchise?
No. This is a trademark license. You operate your own independent business under your own LLC. We provide the brand and the tools; you run the practice however you choose.
Do I need specific certifications?
There are no required certifications. We look for bookkeepers with demonstrated competence and a professional approach to client service.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. Your pricing, your clients, your services, your schedule. The license gives you the brand and access to the library of assets — everything else is yours.
What does $99/month get me?
Continued use of the trademark and logo, your branded email address (maintained for you), ongoing Shared Drive access with all template updates, and brand support.
What if I cancel?
30 days’ written notice. No penalties, no exit fees. You transition to your own branding and keep serving your clients.
How do I get started?
Reach out through the Contact page or the Become a Partner page. We’ll have a conversation to make sure it’s a good fit, and if it is, I’ll walk you through onboarding.
